Water Hydration Association Inspection

We’re proud to announce that the Culligan UK distribution depots have recently passed their annual inspection by the Water Hydration Association (WHA). The WHA is the leading association for the hydration industry and is the trusted point of reference to both those providing and requiring hydration solutions.

With hydration being integral to leading a happy and healthy life, we believe that it is important to ensure that the water we provide is the very best.

As part of the WHA, we undergo annual strict audits. The audit aims to certify that we are compliant with the WHA guidelines and legislative standards, thus ensuring that we are adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety regarding our drinking water. The audits are carried out by professionals in the industry.

To become a member of the WHA, we follow their strict codes of practice relating to:

  • Bottled Water Code of Practice
  • Plumbed-in Code of Practice
  • Code of Advertising & Conduct
  • Bylaws

This qualification is critical to help Culligan maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene.

All our staff who either install water systems at customer sites or handle bottled water in its journey from the borehole to the customer, receive industry-regulated training. This ensures their practices and knowledge is always maintained to premium standards.

Learn more about who we are and our sustainability efforts when it comes to hydration.
